House Team Managers are responsible for:

• All paperwork needed from the team
• Finding coaches and helpers for the team
• Attending all Manager Meetings (emails will be sent to notify Team Managers when there is a meeting)
• Choosing the night they want for practice from a list of available fields secured by Affton AA
  • AfftonAA will not pay for any outside field rentals
• Lineup cards (provided by AfftonAA) to be filled out correctly and turned into the umpires at ground rules for each game
• **All rain out rescheduling through AfftonAA's Rain Out Rescheduling Tool.**
  • Check your Manager Packet for instructions

Teams are responsible for:

• All uniforms and equipment.
  • Uniforms must consist of a same color shirt with different # on the back of each shirt. Anything else is up to the team (matching pants/hats/socks/belts).
• Scorebooks
• Practice equipment (throw down bases/practice balls)
• Each team must provide a new ball and a chaser (like new) ball for each game. The ball used is what AfftonAA requires. (2026 baseball is R100P and softballs are 11" or 12" Rawlings USSSA).
  • League balls are available for purchase, individually or by the dozen, at our Field Office, M-F 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM and at our Main Concession Stand during the season.

Players are responsible for:

• Supplying their own fielding gloves, bats, batting helmets, and shoes unless supplied by the team
