2025 Fall Baseball & Softball Registration

​REGISTRATION OPENS JUNE 1, 2025, AND GOES THROUGH JULY 11, 2025
Team Registration only. 
This is an OPEN league, no separation of Rec or Select.

All age levels will play 8 single games.
The ages for teams will be what they will be playing in 2026 Summer Leagues.

All games are played either Wednesday or Friday Nights with a possibility of some Thursday nights.

U7PM-u8PM & 8uPM game times are 80 minutes hard stop
u9-u10-u11-u12-u13-u14-10uSB game time is 90 minutes hard stop.

The total cost is $1000 per team.
No concession duty required.

A $250 deposit is required when registering.  Your team will not be accepted without the registration deposit.  The team will be placed on the waiting list if the deposit is not paid and not guaranteed a spot in the league.  After you register, you’re not in until you receive your approval from AAA. Once you receive approval your players will have to individually register for your team No later than 8/2/25.

Balance of fees due July 30, 2025.  Managers are responsible for payment of fees.

Games will begin on August 13, 2025 with 1 game per week for 8 weeks.

MANAGERS DON’T HAVE TO TURN IN ROSTERS OR WAIVERS, All Individual players must register individually by 8/2/25 online. No Fees required.

They will have to upload a birth certificate (even if they played Summer 2025 here).  They will have to know the following information when they register.

Manager Meeting Wednesday 7/30/2025

Managers will have to turn in a Coaches List with all coaches listed.  If a coach didn’t coach in the summer program you will have to do a background check through our service Yardstik.

Rain outs are moved as a block.  If you are playing on a Wed. and it rains out it will be moved to the next available Wed.  Please be aware that every effort will be made to play all scheduled games, but in the event of unforeseen disaster or continuous inclement weather making rescheduling games impossible NO REFUNDS will be issued.
