2018 FALL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
ALL FALL BALL REGISTRATION IS BY TEAM REGISTRATION.
To register for Affton’s Fall season, please select the age division that your team will be playing next year, Summer of 2019. Playing down is not permitted. Please check the birth date chart for your division. All age levels will play 6 single games. 6 team limits per age level.
U8PM May 2010-April 2011 (Birth date falls between) 36’ Pitching Mach/60’ base
U9 May 2009-April 2010 (Birth date falls between) 46’/65’ Off a Mound
u10 May 2008-April 2009 (Birth date falls between) 65'/46' off a mound
u11 May 2007-April 2008 (Birth date falls between) 70'/50' off a mound
u12 May 2006-April 2007 (Birth date falls between) 70'/50' off a mound
u13 May 2005-April 2006 (Birth date falls between) 80'/ 54' off a mound
u14 May 2004-April 2005 (Birth date falls between) 90'/60'6" off a mound
10U Birth year 2008-2009 35’/55’
12u Birth year 2006-2007 40’/60’
14u Birth year 2004-2005 43/60’
All games will be played on Friday Nights
1 hour 20-minute game time limit. Game times 6:00pm-7:30pm-9:00pm
The total cost to play, with no concession stand duty, is $800 of you register and pay by July 6th, 2018. The total cost is $1,000 per team if registered and paid after July 6th, 2018. No concession duty required either way!
A $200 Non-Refundable deposit is required when registering. The team will be placed on the waiting list if the deposit is not paid. REGISTER BEFORE JULY 6, 2018 AND $200 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR FEES, BRINGING THE TOTAL COST FOR FALL TO ONLY $800.
Games will begin August 10, 2018 and will play on Friday nights
Balance of fees all due August 1, 2018.
All Paperwork due at manager’s meeting August 2, 2018
REGISTRATION ON LINE BY JULY 18TH— $200 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required when you register. REGISTER BEFORE JULY 6, 2018 AND $200 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR FEES.
Manager’s Meeting at 7pm on August 2, 2018. You will need to bring to the meeting, Liability Waiver, Roster, birth certificates, coaches list with a background check for each coach listed. These forms may be found on our web site www.afftonaa.com under the Document page.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $200, is due by 2:00PM on JULY 18, 2018. Space is Limited 6 team per age level. Registrations are taken on a first come first serve basis.
Balance of fees is due August 1, 2018.
MANAGER MEETING AUGUST 2, 2018
ALL FEES SHOULD BE PAID BY AUGUST 1, 2018.
At the Manager Meeting 8/2/2018 7:00pm Paper work that is due;
1 original and 2 copies (required) of AAA Fall roster
1 original and 2 copies (required) of AAA Fall Waiver of Liability Form
1 copy of each player’s birth certificate or driver’s license
Coaches list and a background check for each manager and coach listed.
Please have all copies perpared prior to meeting.
AAA Summer Managers must have all the above paperwork also.
No game reschedules will be made unless due to weather
Game Balls: one new ball must be provided by each team for each game.
Umpires are provided.
Supplemental rules coincide with the 2018 AAA House Rule Book. Please familiarize yourself with additional rules, which you can find under the Document Tab on our web site.
ALL TEAMS WILL PLAY HOUSE RULES.
Outside concessions are not allowed to be brought into the complex. Pets are also prohibited.
TAILGATING IN OUR PARKING LOTS IS NOT ALLOWED AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

Failure to comply with the complex rules can result in disciplinary actions, including possible ejection from our complex.
