Individual registration is for the Affton Athletic Association's House Program.
Registration will start 12/1/17 and go thru 2/13/17
We have 3 options for the Individual Registration; Coed Instructional for ages u4 to u7, Baseball u8 to u14 and Softball 8u to 14u. Ages for each level are as follows:
U4-Mini Rookie (MR) May 2013 – April 2014
$45 per child due at time of registering
5 game schedule No Concession Duty and No Raffle Tickets
Play League Games Saturday Mornings 8:15am-9:45am-11:15am, Thursday OR Friday Nights 5:30pm-7:00pm-8:15pm
All Co-Ed Instructional League games begin 4/21/18
u5-Rookie (Rok) May 1, 2012 thru April 30, 2013
u6-Minor (Min) May 1, 2011 thru April 30, 2012
u7-Major (Maj) May 1, 2010 thru April 30, 2011 Boys and Girls Pitching Machine League
For Girls born between Jan. 1, 2010 and April 30, 2010 would be u7-Major Age.
$90 per child paid when registering (No discount on multiple kids) Will receive 90 Raffle tickets
$150 Concession Work Duty Deposit that must be mailed in ASAP or $75 paid at registration to buy out of concession work duty to be fully registered.

Every Child registered will receive 100 Raffle Tickets to sell to help recoup their registration fees.
Every Child registered is required to do one concession work duty. You may buy out for $75 which must be paid with registration fees or if you choose to work you must send in a deposit check for $150 which will be held not cashed and returned when you work. If you choose to work concession duty you are not fully registered until we receive the deposit check.

Affton Athletic Association Concession Duty Policy
Revised October 2017
For each player registering to play House Baseball, Softball or Coed Instructional, one adult 18 years or older, must choose between working 1 concession shift or buying out of your shift.
Option 1: $75 per child buyout.
With this option you will pay an additional $75 fee per child registered. This must be paid for at the time of your online registration. You will be exempt from working any concession duty shifts through the 2018 summer season. This option will not be available after initial registration is completed.
Option 2: Choose your own concession shift (1 per child).
A $150.00 concession deposit check per child registered is required. Checks are held and not cashed unless you don’t report for your concession duty. This must be mailed to the AAA field office as soon as possible. Affton Athletic Association Concession Deposit PO Box 230127 St. Louis, MO. 63123. The child will not be drafted or placed on a returning team until the concession deposit is received. Checks will be returned after completion of concession duty. If rained out, your check will be held for re-assignment with no additional fees. If you need a change in assigned time, a 14 day notice is necessary and you must pay a $25 fee. (Credit or debit card to the field office before you can choose another date and time.) With this option, you will be able to choose your date and time pending availability by AAA. Affton reserves the right to cancel and reschedule any shift at any time. Choices for dates and times are limited and will be available online by 12/1/17. Each family must schedule one shift, per registered player, no later than 3/26/18. This can be done by accessing the link www.afftonaa.com. You must then log in to your account and click on the “Volunteering” tab. This will be on the home page on the left hand side. You will then see what dates and times are still available. You must click on the sign up tab for the date and time you choose. You will receive a notification email from
after your choice is made. Anyone not scheduled by 3/26/18 will be assigned a shift by the field office and will be required to pay the $25 fee to reschedule. Please email
